Saturday morning just waking up

So I head outside to start my truck

Weather man said it's gonna be nice

So with that thought I didn't think twice

I'll grab the beers you grab the poles

We'll head down to the catfish hole

Them big fish there's about 25 pounds

Better be careful not slip and fall down

So I gotta get me some chicken liver for bait

Cause the catfish love them ,they think there great

Don't take much to track them down

They'll be right where them livers touch down

Grab the beer I'll grab the poles

We going down to the catfish hole

Suppers in the water,the beers on ice

I'd say about 10 would be so nice

I'll grab the beer ,you grab the poles

Let's get on back to the truck and go

Baits all gone and the stringer is full

We caught our limit as usual
