This song was written by Frederic Chopin! It is an adaptaton of his "Fantasi-Impromptu". The lyrics were added in 1917 and the song was first presented in the Broadway Show, "Oh Look!" in 1918. Although popular from its first release it became a big hit when Judy Garland sang it in the 1941 movie, "Ziegfield Girl". It has been 'covered' by many artists since and every Jazz group plays a version of it too.
The arrangement here includes that 'dd' octave at the end of line 1. I cannot define its name. Are you able to? Let me know your choice for it....
