This song was first sung by the famous light comedy musical and film star, Fred Astaire in the 1930 film "A Damsel in Distress". It has been covered by innumerable male singers and many band leaders, notably that fine British jazz musician Sir John Dankworth. It is regarded as one of the great Jazz songs of the 20th century. My first attempt at arranging this song for Ukulele in March 2012 has been revised several times. This latest attempt was finished at Christmas time 2013.
